3rd Annual RMEE Banquet to be held Thursday, October 27

The 3rd Annual Rocky Mountain Energy Economics (RMEE) Banquet will be held Thursday, October 27, 2016 from 6:00pm-8:30pm in the Centennial Room at the Denver Athletic Club (DAC) in Downtown Denver (located at the corner of Glenarm and 14th St.). Doors will open at 5:30pm with a networking reception/cocktail hour from 6:00pm-7:00pm, dinner at 7:00pm, and speaker beginning around 7:30pm.

This year's keynote speaker will be Mine Yücel, Senior Vice President and Director of Research at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and advisor to the Bank’s president on regional and energy issues. Previously, Yücel was head of the Bank’s micro/regional/energy group and Director of Publications. She serves on the executive board of the Global Interdependence Center and the University of Texas at Dallas Energy Board. She is also past president of both the USAEE and the International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE). She holds a BS and MS in Mathematics from Gogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey and a PhD in Economics from Rice University.
